SV1000-V High Volume Solids Pump, an exceptional product designed for heavy-duty pumping tasks. With its powerful 25″ Hg vacuum and high-velocity airflows, this pump is capable of capturing high-density slurries with ease.
The SV1000-V can transfer up to 50m3/hr (220USGPM), depending on the distance and materials involved, making it a highly efficient and versatile solution for various industries.
With its strong 25”Hg vacuum and high velocity airflows, the SV280-V Heavy Duty Solids Pump is a powerful pump that can efficiently handle high density slurries.
It is capable of transferring up to 40 m3/hr @SG1.0(132USGPM), and can accommodate solids up to 80% of the diameter of the hose being used.
SupaVac has partnered with the top players in the solids control sector to create the SV510 series of heavy-duty solids pumps.
These pumps are designed to move semi-viscous muds and a range of other materials, including drilling mud, OBM, and WBM, at rates of up to 60m3/hour @SG1.0 (198USGPM) using either vacuum load or top load gravity feed.
The SV110V mobile sludge pump is operated and powered entirely by air, providing a high level of vacuum up to 25″ Hg (85kPa) combined with high convey velocities.
It is a vacuum loading pressure discharge batch system that can operate with one person or in fully automatic mode, capable of recovering from distances up to 50 metres (164 ft) and delivering to over 500 metres (1640 ft).
SV30 Portable Solids Pump, a highly efficient and versatile pump designed for one-person operation. This vacuum loading and pressure discharge pump is capable of recovering and transferring almost any flowable sludge or slurry with ease.
Powered by 100% air, the SV30 generates up to 22″Hg+ of vacuum combined with high airflow, making it capable of transferring materials typically considered un-pumpable.
Capable of recovering and transferring nearly any flowable material, the SV60-V Guzzla Portable Solids Pump is a powerful one-man vacuum loading and pressure discharge pump that can handle up to 27 m3/hr (119USGPM) @ SG1.0.
This high-performance slurry pump, sludge pump, or solids pump is powered and operated completely by air and can generate up to 25″Hg+ of vacuum combined with high airflow, making it suitable for transferring materials ranging from mining slurries and oil sludge to cement powders and grains.
The SV E-Vac In Line Vacuum Pump is a system that is designed to be incorporated into an existing pipeline to create a fixed vacuum system. It is adaptable to various pipe materials, including HDPE, steel, or flexible suction hose, which provides a high level of flexibility.
The SV E-Vac In Line Vacuum Pump operates on a variable range of air supplies and consistently delivers vacuum pressure of up to 25”Hg+, which enables the pump to transfer most materials. The unit is available with a variety of nozzles, ranging from 100 cfm for transferring viscous liquids to 280cfm at 85 psi to 100psi for recovering solids.
The SV250-V mobile sludge pump is specially designed to transfer a diverse range of heavy sludges through 100mm suction and discharge lines. It is compatible with various SX Jet Packs that range from 150 to 750cfm, depending on the operator’s needs.
This vacuum loading pressure discharge batch system can retrieve flowable slurries from up to 50 metres (164ft) and convey them over 1000 metres (3280ft) while still being a one-man or fully automatic operation.
