SupaVac Product Information

SupaVac offers a comprehensive range of air-operated vacuum pumping units designed to handle challenging pumping applications across various industries. Here’s an overview of their pump range:

SV1000-V High Volume Solids Pump

This heavy-duty solids pump can capture high-density slurries using a strong 25″ Hg vacuum combined with high-velocity airflows. Depending on the materials and distances involved, it can transfer up to 50m3/hr (220USGPM).

SV30 Portable Solids Pump

The SV30 is a one-person vacuum loading, pressure discharge pump designed for recovering and transferring almost any flowable sludge or slurry.

SV60-V Guzzla Portable Solids Pump

This portable pump can recover and transfer up to 27 m3/hr (119USGPM) @ SG1.0 of almost any flowable material. It’s designed for one-man operation with vacuum loading and pressure discharge capabilities.

SV110-V Slurry/Solid Pump

The SV110-V delivers over 25″Hg of vacuum while generating high inline convey velocities. It requires only 280cfm of compressed air to operate effectively.

SV250-V Mobile Sludge Pump

Designed to transfer a wide array of heavy sludges via 100mm suction and discharge lines.

SV280-V Heavy Duty Solids Pump

This high-velocity pump can capture high-density slurries using a strong 25″Hg vacuum combined with high-velocity airflows.

SV510 Heavy Duty Solids Pump

The SV510 is designed to transfer up to 45m3/hour @SG1.0 (198USGPM) of semi-viscous mud and various materials such as drilling mud, OBM, and WBM. It features a compact design with serious performance enhancements.

Additional Features

  • All SupaVac pumps are 100% compressed air operated, making them intrinsically safe for use in hazardous environments.
  • The pumps have no internal moving components, reducing maintenance requirements.
  • They offer manual or fully automatic operation options.
  • SupaVac pumps can handle thicker slurries and more solid material matter than traditional pumps.
  • The pumping process occurs in a cyclical motion, making it safer and requiring less human intervention.

SupaVac’s range of pumps is designed and manufactured in Australia, where it has over 25 years of experience in the industry. It is distributed globally and is recognised as the vacuum pump of choice for handling tough pumping applications.
