Sediment is one of the most widespread and well-known problems in water, which is why over time many products have been developed to solve it efficiently.

One of the solutions created to remove sediment from water is the bag filter: it retains a large amount of sediment inside, allowing water to return to the system free of particles of various sizes.

Hero is the Atlas Filtri bag filter that provides a barrier effect against sand, silt, dirt, rust and guarantees an efficient and protected system.

The action performed by Hero prevents sediment of various sizes from accumulating in the system, preventing household pipes from clogging and prolonging the life of appliances connected to the system.

The main feature of Hero is its ability to hold a large amount of sediment, reducing filter bag changes and reducing the waste produced, saving time and money.

Atlas Filtri’s Hero filter bag is available with different degrees of filtration and, thanks to the dedicated adapter kit, can be used with DP Big Mono housings.

Available filtration grades are 1, 5, 50 microns, to remove sediments of different sizes – mud, clay, silt among others. Made of polypropylene fabric, their maximum operating temperature is 45° (113°F) and the minimum is 4°C (39.2°F).

Installing a bag filter like Hero provides a clean and easy-to-manage system, and the use of the MyAtlas app, which allows you to receive notifications about product maintenance, makes it even easier.
