The Hero Adapter Kit allows you to install the Hero filter bag in the DP Big Mono container and create a large, easy-to-maintain bag filter.

Hero Filter Bag Adapter Kit

The Hero Adapter Kit was created to transform the DP Big filter into a real bag filter.

This kit consists of a mesh basket suitable for housing the Hero filter bag, and is perfectly compatible with the DP Big Mono container. Once the bag is inserted, the adapter closes with a special bayonet clasp.

The Hero adapter kit allows the filter bag to be changed in an easy, quick and clean way. Thanks to the large capacity of the filter bag, maintenance intervals are lengthened, resulting in lower costs and less waste produced.

No specific tools are required for maintenance: when it’s time to change the bag, the basket can be opened, the bag removed and easily replaced.

The operation of the filter system causes sediment to be trapped inside the bag itself, leaving the DP Big Mono container clean and the water inside of it filtered, with the advantage of minimising water consumption. The bag filter proves to be an effective yet sustainable solution: maximum results with minimum waste.

The Hero Adapter Kit is available in two different heights, 10″ and 20″, and consists, in addition to the basket, of two clips that must be placed on the DP Big filter head (read the instructions carefully!)

Fields of use of the Hero bag filter

Atlas Filtri’s Hero bag filter system can be used efficiently in the domestic and commercial/industrial sectors to filter sediments in well water, mains water, rain water and in general in all situations where it is necessary to effectively retain debris, mud, clay, silt, according to the micron rating of the bag: 1, 5, 50 microns.

In addition to its use in the residential and domestic sectors, Hero also lends itself to effective use in the commercial sector as a component of fixed water distribution systems, in mining operations, and as an integral part of large and complex treatment and filtration systems.
